What is Shipping Insurance on Lightake?

Shipping insurance offers premium protection and safety for your valuable item during shipping.We’ll reship your package or fully refund you if it’s reported lost or damaged.Insurance can be selected during the checkout process. The cost of insurance varies based on the 1% value of the product.


The estimated shipping times displayed at Lightake refer to the estimated time that the shipment will take after an order has been shipped. Lightake is not responsible for the failures or delays in delivery resulting from any force majeure event, such as natural disaster, bad weather, war, and any other event beyond our direct control, such as public holidays, customs issues.


Lightake is also not responsible for losses caused by a delay or failure in delivery resulting from any of the situations listed below:


Refusal to pay import taxes or to comply with the Customs regulations of your country;

Any product that is destroyed by local authorities in accordance with local laws relating to the illegal or restricted importation of products;

Any un-insured order that is lost or stolen.

Our customer service will arrange a refund or a reshipment of your order within 1 business day after confirming that your parcel did not arrive at your destination within its estimated delivery time (click here to view more details).

Refund eligibility:
You will receive a refund of the shipping insurance within 1 business day if your order is lost or arrives faulty. You will not be eligible for a refund if you broke or damaged the products yourself after using them.

A1 : For payment, we accept Paypal and Credit Card.

Q2 : My payment was declined, why? How to solve it ?

A2 : If you made the purchase via Credit Card and failed, could you please contact with Stripe Support Team for solution? Or if the issue cannot be solved, please no worry, we accept Paypal payment as well.

Q3 : How do I cancel my order?

Q4 : Is my information is securing using this site?

A4 : Yes, Lightake takes precautions to protect your personal information. When you submit sensitive information via the website, your information is protected both online and offline. Please don’t worry for this.

Q5 : What if my address is wrong?

A5 : If the recipient’s address was wrong, after the failed delivery, the parcel should be returned back to sender. After we receive the parcel, we will contact you for an updated address and arrange re-delivery for your package.

About Return & Refunds

Q1 : What items are returnable?

A1 : a)- We can accept returns or exchanges within the 30-day period. b)- All returned items must be in the original condition: unused, unwashed, and unworn. No exceptions.

Q2 : How do I return a product?

A2: Contact with Lightake Service Team [email protected] to confirm details to make sure the item is meet the return condition. After the agreement, Service Team will send the detailed return information, please offer return tracking number after return shipment .

Q3 : What is you refund policy?

A3 : Refunds are processed within 1-5 business days, after you received our confirmation on the cancellation.

A4 : The refund are applied to the original payment method.
